Safe Schools Act Hit Notification System

Similar to REJIS’ Hit Notification System (HNS) for law enforcement, our Safe Schools HNS notifies management at participating schools whenever an employee is arrested or has a warrant issued against them. Daily emails will alert your administrators to any employee violations of Safe Schools Act guidelines, helping you avoid endangering students or staff as well as limiting your exposure to potentially embarrassing public scrutiny. HNS may even help to lower your insurance premiums and exposure to civil liability.

Government Access Network (GA Net)

With REJIS’ Government Access Network (GA Net), government agencies can take advantage of many of the same data services our law enforcement and criminal justice clients use every day. GA Net lets you access public records quickly and easily online without wasting time on the phone or submitting lengthy paperwork. Retrieve driver history and vehicle registration, felony and aggravated misdemeanor conviction records, Social Security Administration death records, warrants and stolen vehicle files, municipal court records, and more.

Policy Acknowledgement System (PASS & IPASS)

Publish policies, procedures, or other key agency documentation online for others in your organization to review. REJIS’ Policy Acknowledgement System (PASS) allows you to securely distribute critical information and obtain electronic verification that the material has been received and reviewed. PASS even allows you to quiz recipients on their understanding of the material. If your agency is not currently a client of REJIS, you can still take advantage of all the benefits PASS offers with our Internet Policy Acknowledgement System, or IPASS, program.

Grant Management System (GMS)

In partnership with the Missouri Department of Highway Safety, we provide services to simplify management of your agency’s grant applications with our award-winning online system. With GMS, your team can reference previous applications and approved contracts, share program instructions and other documentation, submit applications online and monitor contracts, and gain real time insight into funding and voucher status.

Driver History Reporting

If your organization has employees who drive agency vehicles, such as public safety officers, maintenance staff, or school bus drivers, Driver History Reporting allows you to verify driver license status and endorsements, and review driver history and convictions. Schedule automated monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual reviews of your employees’ driving history and license status to ensure that your staff remains safe behind the wheel. Using Driver History Reporting may even lower your insurance premiums and reduce civil liability exposure.
