Help Desk

Solving issues on the first call is a priority at REJIS. Certified by the Help Desk Institute, our Help Desk team receives ongoing training, so we’re always ready to address any problems you might encounter. We provide remote support for common issues with Windows operating systems, Internet browsers, email, common vendor products, connectivity, and of course all REJIS systems and services. With our impressive 30-second response time, the Help Desk should be your first call when problems or questions arise.

Training

With a team of POST certified instructors, REJIS Training is prepared to educate your operators about our force-multiplying, officer safety data sharing tools.  With two fully equipped training rooms in our St. Louis headquarters, REJIS offers comprehensive training on all of our products and services. We also offer on-site training for a number of our services. We can even train your personnel in a variety of popular, off-the-shelf software, including Microsoft products.

 

 

Research

REJIS has years of experience in data collection and information analysis for empirical studies. In conjunction with the Bureau of Justice Statistics, we conducted a multi-year study on the impact of the Brady Act and various recidivism and case tracking studies. If you need assistance formulating and conducting a research study for your agency, call on REJIS and our network of partners.

 

 

Consulting

With our vast experience in information technology and government operations, REJIS is uniquely qualified to consult on a range of IT and agency management issues. We can help you manage your IT vendors by recommending third-party suppliers and preparing bidder lists, as well as purchasing, installing, and testing hardware and software.
